Terms of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME IN ANY KIND OF WAY , YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.
ANY STATEMENTS CAN BE BOUND TO CHANGE IF DISCUSSED WITH ME.

  • Please write in a clear and nice manner as well as provide a neat/clean reference and not just pharagraph of text .

  • I work according to my own pace, please do not rush me.

  • I reserve the right to decline anything that I do not feel confident in doing.

  • I have the right to stream or post WIP's of your order on Twitch or my Twitter. Please let me know if you want me to work on this in secrecy.

  • You will only be receiving digital art. No physical goods will be shipped.

  • Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled.

  • Client's are expected to give a feedback if the client didnt respond i will assume that everything is to your liking and i will proceed to finalizing or sending the file over without any changes.

  • All commissions will include a subtle watermark which you may not remove or edit unless you pay for the commercial usage fee.

Rush Orders

  • I work according to my own pace, please do not rush me. unless you apply for a rush order. Rush orders mean that you can skip the queue, I will work on the same day for up to 3 weeks. You will have to pay a percentage of the total order.

  • -- RUSH ORDER OPTIONS

  • 10 days delivery - +100% of the total amount.

  • 20 days delivery - +70% of the total amount

  • 25 days delivery - +50% of the total amount

  • Important: This is the general idea for rush commissions. Please be aware that the value will increase significantly in extreme cases, such as for large order quantities, to prevent any potential abuse.

Usage

  • I, the artist, hold every right to the produced art / rigging, not the commissioner.

  • Any copying, altering, or theft of my artwork is not allowed.

  • The client/commissioner is not allowed and does not have the right to mint or sell the commission as NFT, or to be used to train for A.I.

  • If you are to repost the commission anywhere, you will credit me as the artist. (@milkbwiscuit) on Twitter.

  • You are not allowed to resell or make profit on my works unless we agreed that the piece you commissioned is for merchandising.

  • ----- RIG CHANGES (VTUBE STUDIO)

  • Please consult me first before making any changes on the model. This Includes ( Meshing , Wind Physics , Toggles)

  • if you break any of this rules i'll take serious action.

REFUND

  • You are not allowed to make refunds or cancel a commission once the commission is officially confirmed.

  • Client is not allowed to make any refunds if the commission is finished.

Model Art Process

  • Start of Work will officially begin after half / full payment has been received.

  • I will keep giving you updates of your commission to cross check my work with you! but please dont rush me as i have my own schedule for sending commission updates.

  • Any major edits will be charged accordingly after the sketch phase is done so please be mindful of your request.

  • Update will be divided into 3 phase : 1.Sketch , 2.Coloring , 3.Toggles.

  • Model Art takes atleast : 1 and a half month . (5-6weeks) Earliest is 4-5weeks.

  • You're free to ask for 3 Changes while we're on a sketch phase . after this 3 changes i will add an additional depends on how big the details i needed to change.

  • You will received only a PSD File for a model art .

  • Delays in a commission may occur at any given time due to factors such as health and other personal problems but rest assured that i will inform you asap if this happens.

Rigging Process

  • Start of Work will officially begin after half / full payment has been received.

  • Model Rigging takes atleast : 1 and a half month . (5-6weeks) Earliest is 4-5weeks.

  • I will keep giving you updates of your commission to cross check my work with you! but please dont rush me as i have my own schedule for sending commission updates.

  • Update will be divided into 4 phase : 1.Face Movement , 2.Body , 3.Toggle/Physics , 4.Tracking Video Update.

  • You're free to ask for assistance anytime if you encounter any problems after delivery . problems such as connecting your device to vtube studio or vbridger , assistance on how to upload the model to vtuber studio etc.

  • You will received only the vtube studio file for the model . and not the work file "cmo3" and no it will never be for sale.

  • Delays in a commission may occur at any given time due to factors such as health and other personal problems but rest assured that i will inform you asap if this happens.
